Mr. Robert Coxe has a distinguished 30-year record of leading large scale government and commercial technology initiatives within the Departments of Defense (DoD) and Homeland Security (DHS). Prior to joining Criterion Systems as CIO, Mr. Coxe served as Director, Strategic Planning, Homeland Security Solutions Operation for SAIC. As FEMA’s Deputy CIO for E-Gov Initiatives, Mr. Coxe successfully re-structured two of the President’s most important E-Government initiatives (SAFECOM Public Safety Wireless Interoperability and the DisasterAssistance.gov Portal) As the U.S. Army’s first CTO, Mr. Coxe directed the AKO Intranet portal, data warehousing efforts and Force Structure Analysis.
Mr. Coxe earned a B.S. Engineering from the U.S Military Academy, an M.S. Computer Science from Kansas State University and an M.S National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
